1. Do you charge an initial consultation fee?

In most cases there is no fee for initial sessions under one half hour. A simple call to us will help us determine whether you will be charged for your initial consultation.

2. What do you charge for an uncontested divorce with no custody or separation of property issues?

$900.00 includes initial court cost.

3. By what date must I file my lawsuit?

The date will depend on the type of case. In Louisiana, generally, a personal injury case must be filed within one year from the date of injury; however, in some employment cases, a plaintiff has only 270 days in which to file allegations with appropriate agencies.
